I have over twenty years experence in residential and light commerical building and developing. A hands on builder I have a working knowledge of all types of construction techniques and building materials as well as developement practices including grading, drainage, soil erosion control and utility installation. I feel confident all your questions and concerns can be answered and explained.
      Working with realtors, inspectors, lenders, buyers and sellers for over twenty years has given me knowledge of the importance of everyone involved in a real estate transaction. 
      Owning and maintaining rental property has been a lifelong family buisness. Making repairs has taught  how to identify a problem and how to repair it, and the ramifications of what happens if a repair is ignored. This experience has also taught me how to spot an improper repair. 
      This experience along with the education and requirments of NACHI's gives me the confidence you expect in a home inspector. I also complete at least twenty four hours of continuing education every year.
